About Me

I'm an experienced multimedia producer specialised in creating factual and corporate content for broadcasters, production companies, charities and commercial clients.

 

As an end-to-end video producer, I'm confident taking a video project from development, through to production and post-production. I'm equally comfortable supporting wider production teams on set or taking an edit through to delivery.

 

Documentary & News

I am passionate about creating narrative-driven documentary and news content which can inform and inspire audiences.

 

My experience in video production is underpinned by a background in journalism, which I studied at the University of Sheffield with NCTJ qualifications. Since then I’ve gone on to produce news and documentary content featured by broadcasters including BBC (One, World News, Newsround), Discovery Education, Netherlands-based NOS, Barcelona Televisió in Spain, and Indonesia-based Metro TV.

 

I’ve also cut together funding trailers for documentaries still in development, the latest of which helped secure £250,000 in funding for a Channel 4 travel documentary series in 2022.

Charity sector

​

I work regularly with UK and international charities, telling compelling stories that demonstrate the impact of their work. This has included producing digital and cinema ads for large-scale public fundraising and awareness campaigns, broadcast content for PR & Comms, and bespoke videos for major and corporate donors.

I’ve also worked as a guest lecturer at the BFI Southbank, focusing on impactful filmmaking within the charity sector.

Healthcare

​

I'm particularly specialised in video production within the healthcare sector, producing clinical and patient materials for NHS Trusts as well as medically-focussed charities. The majority of this work was with the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, one of Europe’s leading specialist cancer centres. My work with the Marsden shaped their video output, which has been recognised as a benchmark for patient video materials across the NHS. In 2020 I received an individual award for my contribution to staff and patient video communications throughout the COVID pandemic.

My work with the NHS has since extended to producing patient and marketing materials for private healthcare clinics in the UK.
